Beyond Goals Mentoring was founded by two former professional soccer players on a mission to help athletes develop the mindset and skills needed to succeed at the next level.
As a young brand in Austin, they were in rapid growth mode. While they had expertise and vision, the business lacked the structure, visibility and scalability to turn early momentum into a sustainable and long-term model.
The Approach
TFG partnered with Beyond Goals Mentoring on a multi-pronged strategy to improve their marketing and accelerate their business growth. This included:

- Managing Instagram and providing ongoing support across programming and brand development
- Launching webinars to drive lead generation
- Creating a passive-income eCourse
- Developing BGTV, a video content library for athletes
- Facilitating strategic partnerships with athlete-focused organizations, including a new club partnership in Atlanta
The Result
The impact was immediate and sustained. In just two years, Beyond Goals Mentoring achieved 40% growth in year one and 30% growth in year two.
Moreover, the brand evolved beyond a mentorship program into a multi-revenue-stream business model that generates both active and passive income through webinars, eCourses and partnership opportunities.
What started as a strong concept became a fully developed and scalable business with the infrastructure to continue expanding.
