Sellers want someone who understands their neighborhood better than Zillow ever could. Become the local market expert – and then market your expertise!

  • Double down on SEO and content marketing by posting blogs weekly and optimizing your website with keywords people are actually searching
  • Leverage photography and videos on your social media accounts
  • Offer free home valuation consultations
  • Regularly share market stats, listing tips and neighborhood updates
